Brain Training

WHAT is Brainwave Optimization with RTB ?

Brainwave Optimization with RTB™ is an individual tailored process - a brain training system - designed to help your brain restore itself to a natural dynamic and optimized state of balance and harmony.

The brain cells generate electromagnetic energy.
This can be measured in different frequencies, usually sorted in ranges known as brainwaves.

These brainwaves can be detected via electronic sensors, placed on the outer scalp above various functioning areas of your brain.

Brain training begins with an assessment of your particular brain energy patterns.

Your brainwaves are recorded and processed in our computer, where software creates a brain map, the unique and individual landscape of your brainwaves.

A report - based on your brain map and some initial information provided by you, including goals for your training - is generated by the software.

We observe your brain map and follow the guidelines in this report in order to plan for your brain training.

During the following brain training sessions your brainwaves are recorded from selected placements, translated and ‘fed back’ to you in the form of sounds.

While listening to this 'music' of your own brain the software designs allow your brain to mirror itself in real time - while seeing itself in its optimized state.

Consequently your brain chooses to create new desirable path ways, new neural nets - in order to improve and optimize its own function - while moving in a natural direction, towards a more dynamic state.

This process is further facilitated by you following imaginative exercises as instructed by your trainer.

Ultimately, your brain training will bring you and your brain to function in a natural dynamic and optimized state of balance and harmony.

WHEN is Brainwave Optimization needed ?

Most people on this planet would benefit from balancing and harmonizing their brain.

We live in a world in environments getting more complex and less natural, as time goes by.

The demands on our brain is in general exceeding the pace in which, the brain is able to adapt.

We live in stressful environments bombarded with information from different media's and high demands in all areas of society. We  might be overworked, worn out and have problems in our relationships.

The consequence is most often a hyperactive brain more or less out of balance.

From birth and  through our lives we might face even higher challenges from traumatic evens - such as birth trauma, sexual abuse, accidents, injuries, shocks, loss of dear ones, abusive relationships, divorce, financial loss, imprisonment and war zone experiences.

The consequence is a brain showing more specific and deeper ingrained imbalances.

Some of us might become addicted to alcohol or drugs - as a result of the hardship and imbalances we are facing in our lives - often as a  compensation for the brain imbalance.

All these factors have an imprint on our brain and its function, which is mirrored in our lives.

Our brain is constantly exposed to new conditions, which are conditioning the brain itself.

How it is conditioned determines, how we perceive, how we feel, and how we perform in our lives.

Some of us might fairly be fairly balanced, but we want to optimize our performance in our particular field.

A business man might want to lower his stress level to improve his sales.

An athlete might want to  build better focus and concentration to maximize his athletic achievements.

An artist might want to improve his creativity.

A practitioner of meditation might want to deepen his spiritual meditation experience.
